It is just a hair off from the tech specs for the product and unlike the original filter than came with my new vacuum, this one is very hard to fully lock into place. Due to its thin soft construction (not stiff like the original) taking it out requires more effort and almost tears the filter.

I won't ever buy this brand of replacement filter, even if it significantly less expensive.

F2 Filters arrived when promised. I own three Dirt Devil vacuums which take this filter ... unfortunately I haven't had to use one of the replacement filters yet.

I am sorry that one reviewer felt that this product did not meet their expectations. I absolutely notice no difference other than about a $3-$5 dollar per filter lower cost to buy from Amazon! I have purchased these twice now, and these filters even pass the "mom" test. My quality minded mother gives the thumbs critique up too. What more could you ask for? Thanks crucial vacuum!
