I have never owned a baking pan like this one. It reminds me of something you'd find in a professional kitchen. The quality is
incredible. The 12x12x3 is a bit intimidating as it's so heavy duty. Its refreshing to see a product so well made. It totally took
me by surprise. I am very pleased. From now when I need a baking pan then I know what brand that I'll be looking for.

I bought these pans when I was looking for roasting pans for my Hamilton Beach 31197 Countertop Oven with Convection and Rotisserie. I realize they are cake pans but I haven't baked any cakes with them. I wanted to cook two kinds of stuffing at Thanksgiving and these pans held massive amounts of each type because of the 3 inch depth! They cook evenly and are easy to handle because of the lip edges. I have also roasted vegetables and made some great lasagnas with these pans! Highly recommended if you have the Hamilton Beach 31197 convection oven because they fit like they were designed for it! I imagine they'd be great in any oven. I couldn't find this size anywhere else! Thanks, Fat Daddios!

I bought these to make a cake for my parents' anniversary party. We were expecting about 70 people, so I knew I needed larger than average cake pans. I bought the 12x12x2 pans and the cake came out evenly cooked with no burnt or undercooked spots. Since I am not used to baking in such large pans, I was worried about the edges cooking too fast or the center being raw. Neither was a problem and the cakes were perfect (I used 1 1/2 times the usual amount of batter).
