I bought this for a friend who's into guitars. Just an amusing birthday gift.

Unfortunately our postal service was going through some issues at the time and the package never arrived. The carrier said he'd dropped it our door, we wondered why he hadn't knocked like he was supposed to (we were home at the time), wondered how a package could disappear off of our step within 3 hours when we can usually hear *everyone* coming up the stairs to the landing. And wondered again if the postal carrier actually *had* come up to the landing since we hadn't heard him either. It was all very frustrating. We went to the post office and requested that all packages be hand delivered to someone inside and not left on the doorstep anymore (which they have a form for). The lady behind the counter was very nice and quite perturbed that our package had disappeared.

I emailed the company and told them what was going on....and much to my surprise they took care of everything! How lovely and refreshing to see a company that is concerned about taking care of their customers, instead of just the bottom line!

We got our new ice cube tray and my friend reports that they work great! He has enjoyed them very much!

Would definitely order again!

they were pretty cool. He also filled them with
soda pop & used them as a frozen guitar popsicle.
