DeLonghi EW7707CM Review by Leigh A. Reid "murphy7803" (Rochester NY)

I got the brand name DeLonghi from a friend who has researched and used a lot of oil filled radiators. I think this heater works well in its ability to heat up a room, but figuring out how to work it is a challenge. I took a very long time to figure out how to pick the right setting to keep a room from being either freezing or a raging sauna. And personally the comfort temp button that's supposed to automatically adjust your room to the perfect temperature while conserving energy didn't work for me at all. It didn't matter what room I used it in, the heater just never turned on. Maybe I just like a warmer room that what the perfect "comfort temp" is.

If I were to buy another heater I would get a different type of Delonghi, probably one with a timer so it would turn on an hour before bedtime. This heater doesn't really do it for me. The pros of it are that it can heat up a large room if needed, and I like the way it looks, and I like the wheels on the bottom for ease of movement.

(side note: my husband is afraid of burning down our house and he would give it five stars because to date it hasn't killed our whole family in a house fire)

DeLonghi EW7707CM Review by C. Coe (Maryland, USA)

For the price paid, this heater is well worth the money. It provides great ambient heat even at the lowest setting.

DeLonghi EW7707CM Review by Herbert C. Stoops (Renton,WA,USA)

I got this heater for my mother to heat her bedroom at night after the furnace shuts down. She complained the first night that it didn't get hot fast like her old space heater did. But after she set the thermostat and left it on 24 hour a day,it kept her room comfy warm all the time.
I have one in the shop and it has run for 4 years without a problem. The shipping was fast, took only a couple of days to get here. Great,I love it.

Winsome® Light Oak 3 - Pc. Dining Set Review by kimberly blankenship (Chuluota, Fl, US)

This item came in, in great shape. Took my 23 year old daughter 4 min. to assemble and I sat 5 extra people around it for the holiday meal. Afterwards, it is in my laundry room. Very small when folded and serves as a half circle folding table. I am buying another right now. I got it in 2 days from Amazon with Prime Shipping.

Winsome® Light Oak 3 - Pc. Dining Set Review by TOM IN PA

I looked around for quite a while and could not find a table at any price that better suited my needs, but I guess that speaks more about my needs than about the table itself. Still, it is a great design.

It came in two pieces, the folding top and the base. The base is actually two fixed legs and two hinged legs that pivot out to support each leaf when the table is extended, and fold in close to the fixed legs to allow the leaf to drop. It took me all of five minutes to line up the pieces and screw in the four bolts that hold them together.

Not all was perfect, though. While I know better than to overtighten bolts when working with wood, one of the four pressed-in bolt receivers apparently broke free and "stripped", so the table is being held together by only three bolts, not the four it was designed for. That seems to be no problem because it is sturdy and, had I not been the one to put it together, I'd never have known.

Also, there were a couple depressions--I don't want to say dents because that implies much greater problems than actually exist--on the surface of the folding top. These were certainly not worth the effort involved to send the table back as damaged. Finally, someone at the assembly plant, made pencil marks and wrote numbers, which were later clearcoated over and are now impossible to remove, on the hinged end of one leaf. When the leaf is folded down, the writing is visible.

For the $152 I paid for it, this table is a bargain. Even with the flaws I mentioned, it looks great and it is quite sturdy.

Bottom line: If I had it to do over, I'd buy it again, with zero hesitation.

Winsome® Light Oak 3 - Pc. Dining Set Review by Bob Brown

This is not fine furniture, but it will serve the purpose of extra seating for guests well, but with a single modification.

It is way better than a card table for extra guests. It's sturdy and I assembled it in less than 15 minutes, including cleaning up the packing material. The top is finger-joined oak with a natural finish. The routed edge is a little rough in places and the hinges are visible with the leaves down.

The one modification, and the reason I didn't give it five stars, is that the legs pivot to support a leaf or allow it to drop. There are stops to keep the legs from opening too far, but there's no latch to prevent them from being closed while the table is in use. A child could conceivably swing the legs inward, collapsing the table with the child underneath. I probably won't worry about it, but if you have small children, you'll need a couple of latches from a hardware store.

Rowenta IS1430 Review by Louisiana

This steamer broke after maybe 6-months worth of occasional use. No steam no nothing. It never worked that great when it was functional. DO NOT BUY. I bought this product at BBB and thought at the time it was pretty expensive. Totally not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Rowenta IS1430 Review by Julie (Milwaukee, WI United States)

First of all, I am terrible at ironing, so just about anything would be a step up for me. However, no one should pay full price for this item! If you're like me--looking for something inexpensive, and only iron a few garments every once in awhile, this is an "ok" option. I was looking forward to the compact design, and freeing up the closet space a big ironing board takes up. Steaming clothes sounded so much easier than ironing them. However, the wrinkles don't just magically disappear like I had hoped. The bottom of this unit gets VERY hot--I'm not comfortable with this, as we have wall-to-wall carpeting. Mine did not come with the accessories bag someone else mentioned (it is listed as included on the box, but mine was missing)--and I wish there was a little compartment or something to keep the accessories with the unit. The unit is cheaply made and way overpriced. Holding the steam head upright and only using it in a vertical position makes it difficult to steam more contoured garments (pants are easier than fitted shirts, for examples). As others have mentioned, it does spit out drops of water onto garments (the directions seem to call this "condensation"). You are supposed to steam garments with them hanging from a hook on a door; however, none of the doors in my home are perfectly smooth. They all have designs on them that look like window frames, so that these designs imprinted themselves on my clothes. *Finally,* the steam hose had an absolutely horrible smell when I took it out of the box (like overpowering chemicals), and when I used the unit, the smell became absolutely unbearble and started burning my nose and throat. Even though it's only 25 degrees F outside, I ended up having to throw open all the windows in my home so I just breathe again. I don't recommend purchasing thing unless you need something small and cheap that you'll only use once in awhile!

Rowenta IS1430 Review by F_Lois

I've been looking for a steamer to ease my morning ready time and let me tell you, this was not it. Steam is not continuous so it heats up, steams, reheats, steams.... To do one pair of pants took longer than setting up the ironing board, waiting for the iron then ironing two garments. After three months it has stopped working. The sensor for the heating element has apparently malfunctioned and now I am once again shopping for a steamer...

For the most part, it did what it was supposed to do. It just took longer to do it than I wanted.

I purchased this unit because of the size, style and brand name. After a few months of relatively light use I noticed the non-stick finish peeling off of the grill pan. A short time after that the digital read-out for the heat settings and timer started to malfunction. Now the read-out is almost completly unreadable so we have no idea what the cooking temperature is.I cannot recommend this product.

Delonghi Do420 4-slice Digital Toaster Review by jeff - virginia "jeff - virginia" (Virginia)

Worked ok for a few months, then one day stopped working, not sure if shorted out or what, but blew, literally blew my GFCI breaker, had to replace the breaker. Unit never powered back on. And after reading other google reviews where others were having same breaker problems, decided not to try and fix, just trash it.

Not worth burning down my house for a piece of toast.

Not recommended at all, garbage. Will look for a different manufacturer/model for my next one.

Just wish i could give it zero stars, but one star is 'I hate it'...

Delonghi Do420 4-slice Digital Toaster Review by D. Dulicai "wookie" (Virginia)

When you are looking for a toaster and you buy Delonghi Do420, you get more than you bargained for! You get absolutely perfect toast by determining the level of crisp you want with an accurate dial. You should practice the first day but after that you can always get what you want.
You can also bake in the oven. For folks who want 1 person meals or just a quick lunch, this is perfect. You can also broil or just keep something warm without using a large oven making it more efficient. The bell announcing the completion of your cooking is pleasant and avoids leaving an item in too long. I love this product it is great for my family and reasonably priced.

Feedback

Ek Success EKCS03 Review by J. Harris

I bought this for scrapbooking purposes. It cuts great. I don't like that i have to use repositionable tape/glue to hold my pictures for cutting. If you don't mind using the tape/glue, the product is excellent. You will need a cutting mat (I bought a glass one) because the blade will cut your surface if you don't.

Ek Success EKCS03 Review by Najemok "Najemok" (Grandville, MI United States)

I wanted a circle cutter for scrapbooking and reviewed several before deciding. I chose this one based on the reviews it recieved. I am so disappointed in this cutter. It's pretty much impossible to position the cutter over a picture to get your circle cut in the desired place. And even taping down smaller pictures and pieces of paper didn't completely prevent them from moving around or getting crunched up during cutting. I had huge problems cutting small circles - 1" to 1 1/2". It seemed the larger you got the easier it was to use (of course the larger your paper was too). I keep borrowing my friends circle cutter she got from Creative Memories and it works much better.

Ek Success EKCS03 Review by Sandie (New York)

I am new to scrapbooking and one day when I needed to use circles for my template I realised that they were not so easy to create when they have to be cut out using scisors. A quick internet search got me to scraptime.ca, a great site where Christine, a professional scrapbooker, demonstrates with videos how to use all types of scrapbook items. I have never realised how big and complex the world of scrapbooking can be. I would recommend this website to any scrapbooking beginners. This will definitely help you decide the exact tools you might need for your future projects. As Christine was very found and very happy with the EK Success Circle Scissor Plus Cutting Tool I have decided to give it a try, so I ordered the tool looking forward to its arrival. I am so glad I did so! This product cuts circles between 1 to 6 inches. It also has a separate pencil holder in which you can easily insert a pen, pencil, paintbrush, marker or any type of writing tool so you draw a circles, as well. I really like the layouts with the different size circles and this really makes it easy. You can even cut a circle within a circle. As the manufacturer recommends, you do need a glass mat to cut on. It does not work too well with the selfhealing mats. I love this product and so far I could not find any flaws.

Mr Clean Heavy Duty Roller Mop Review by awful

Worst mop ever. Used it first time and it fell apart after 5 minutes. Mop head rip to shreds and could not finish doing floor until I bought a new mop

Mr Clean Heavy Duty Roller Mop Review by Kimba

Save your money and get a different brand.

Performance is less than adequate.

Replacement mop heads are a crap shoot. Some fit the mop, some don't. Whatever factory in China that makes these does not waste money on quality control, and their engineers do not waste time being precise in their designs.

Customer service at the manufacturer is abysmal.

Mr. Clean is on the glide path to hitting rock bottom.

Mr Clean Heavy Duty Roller Mop Review by Tommy J (Surprise, AZ United States)

The squeegee mop works ok. I like the scrubber (blue) part works good. The handle is rugged and the mop squeezer works good and is rugged. The mop part screws on with simple eye bolts. Replacement mops are available.
The only thing is that I wish it was a bit wider. Another 4" would be nice...
